License Grant

LeonimusT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Focus application ("the App") for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

This license is effective from the date you first download or use the App and continues until terminated in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

Install and use the App on your personal device(s)
Use the App to run focus sessions and timers locally on your device
Transfer the App between your own personal devices
Make backup copies for your personal use

Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to:

Use the App for commercial purposes or business operations
Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Create derivative works based on the App
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Use the App to develop competing products or services

Commercial Use

Commercial use of the Focus application is strictly prohibited under this free personal license. If you wish to use the App for commercial purposes, including but not limited to business operations, internal company use, or revenue-generating activities, you must contact LeonimusT for a separate commercial license agreement.

Intellectual Property

The App and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of LeonimusT. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App, only the right to use it under the terms specified herein.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand names displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. LeonimusT claims no ownership over third-party marks.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEONIMUST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEONIMUST BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

LeonimusT reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason.

Updates and Modifications

LeonimusT reserves the right to modify the App and this license agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeonimusT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
